Analyze the following
topic. The answer should be 350−500 words. Excellent answers will address each

Consider Marlowe’s
“Doctor Faustus” and its theme: the search for illegitimate and unbridled power
and what happens when one gets it. Discuss how accurately the theme can be
applied to society in general and specifically to today’s society. Address the

theme is valid?

What, if anything, can
no longer be applied to modern society?

What legitimizes your
achievements: your will, the means by which you pursue your achievements, or a
